a 'smile' reveals a lot about ones inner side or about the texture of a heart. one needs to understand the nature of a'smile' in a proper way ... before that we should have the least ability to understand the differences between the artificial and the natural components of something....to understand the paths that one has walked a smile give you only a little space, to understand deeper one needs to know other things as well. the things learnt, history, things discuss, the way the things accept or face, how he/she finds answers to the day to day issues face, the stability of the mind, how things are shared with others, how she/he accepts the realities... etc etc. again the above is applicable to the second part of your question... and also to understand the texture of ones heart you need to understand the actions and reactions of someone to something. One can not describes or analyses something just by looking at only a tiny part of something that is visible on surface.... all these are something that always relates to flesh and blood of a human being therefore i believe that one can not give 100% accurate answer for very thoughtfully formed questions like this... to have a complete answer for something 'human' or something that can not be scientifically proven ..... even ones life time is not adequate i strongly believe.
